This search employs the Department of Defense (DOD) system to determine if a person is currently in an "active duty status".
Warehousing Capabilities:
Warehousing means that records submitted are added to your record storage so that they may be checked at your desired scheduled frequency for SCRA results.This way you don't have to constantly submit your inventory. We can monitor your inventory and return all result records or only those deemed on "Active Duty".
What you need to know:
- This search should be run upon placement.
- This search should be run prior to filing a suit.
- Client may require this search be run at regular intervals.
Specifics about this search:
- Available in a "batch" format only.
- Option to return SCRA Certificates either split by each account or as one PDF.
- Split certificates can be named to import into your collection software.
- Multiple profiles can be created, one for warehouse monitoring and another when you just need certificates.
- Redaction of SSN/DOB on Certificate and account number stamping available.
- Customizable input and output record layouts.
- Optional JST, YGC Record 9 file for integration with your collection software.
